Trees and public places.

In the summer, trees often offer shade and a place to escape the hot sun. However, trees can also pose a risk of significant harm to those who spend any time near or in their collective fall path. Trees in and near targets of concern should be inspected for their potential to cause harm by an independent, qualified arborist who has the assignment to inform the tree owner/manager of information about the tree's condition and potential cause harm.
